As a science communicator, you might sometimes be expected to create content on a scientific discipline that you are not as familiar with. That is why during the course ‘Nature of Scientific Disciplines’, students are challenged to explore a scientific discipline in which they have not completed a bachelor’s degree. This happens through students’ own research, as well as through class discussions, the analysis of scientific articles, and interviews. Using this information, this year’s students made a podcast in duos and an individual reflection report. This is one of those podcasts.

Nature of Scientific Disciplines is one of the obligatory courses for students from the communication track and an elective course for students from the education track.
